End of Summer Activities...

Last weekend we headed out to the Fort Worth Zoo! I know it is crazy with all this heat we have had, but really it was not that bad! The zoo had a lot of shade and indoor places to cool off in. We took the train ride through the zoo and enjoyed seeing a lot of animals up close and personal. The gorilla got so close, Kale screamed so loud it almost broke the glass cage he was in. We saw a crocodile up close and some other interesting creatures too. We decided since we did the same thing last summer the weekend before the kids started school we will keep this tradition. Kinley and Kale loved sharing this special time with Mommy and Daddy. Mommy and Daddy are so thankful we get to do fun things like this for our kiddos. These memories are precious and priceless...to soon from now they will be hopping in their own cars and heading out with friends. Time is flying.....

My friend Loryn and I planned to take the kids to the Childen's Science Museum down in Fair Park this week. We were not sure what to expect but I am pretty sure Kale and Madison could have fun anywhere together. It had been a while since they had seen each other and they had so much fun together. The museum had a lot of neat activities...take a look:
