Kale is in a Big Boy Bed....
I cannot believe we have reached the point for Kale to already be in his big boy bed! He looks so cute and snuggly when he is asleep! He has gone to bed pretty easily...for the 1st time tonight he figured out how to get out of it. We will see what the next week has in store. I wanted to get it now so we could be "in training" over the Christmas holiday. BIG NEWS today...he went pee pee in the potty for the 1st time at school.

Fire Safety Town
In Frisco, we have a fire station that has a little mini "town" where they can put safety programs on for kids. They do a special program for Halloween and Christmas. We headed out there with our dinner club group this past weekend to see what they had in store. We had a great time catching up with friends and the kids loved the lights. After Fire Safety Town we did our annual gift exchange and had pizza! Fun times, I cannot believe how our families have now grown from 2 to 4 and how fast these kids are growing.

School Christmas Program...
Kinley had her 1st School Program at her school last Thursday. It was so much fun. We got to go, mingle with other families, make an ornament and listen to the children sing 4 different Christmas Carols! I was so impressed with Kinley and her singing. She really got into it, listened well to her teachers and had so many friends! I cannot say enough about how big she is getting. Gigi joined us at the program, we had pizza and looked at some Christmas lights.
Santa Pictures...
It has taken Kinley 4 years to finally sit with Santa. She would kick, scream, cry and yell as soon as we would get in line, one year we actually got up to him and she then waited to put on her show, but this year we scored. I told her she had to be a role model for brother and so she did. We have a picture at home to prove it, but these pictures captured how excited they were to go see him and read them their lists from the night before. This has been such a fun Holiday season with my two babies. What fun family memories we are making.

Santa List....
Last week we sat down as a family to write out our Christmas list to Santa. I was so excited that Kinley wrote her own list this year. I would tell her what letters and she wrote away. She is getting so big...Here is what is on her list:
- Hello Kitty Necklace
- Pink Bike
- Belt
- Skates
- Yo-Yo
Kale just wants trains and a pig? Where do they come up with these things? I love it. Hopefully they have been good so Santa can visit our house this year.

2 and 4
We recently met up with Ms. Tori again for our annual photo session. This year we headed down to downtown McKinney. As usual we did not think she got any shots and of course some turned out. I love the age they are right now, they are growing so fast. It is so fun to see all that Kinley's knows and how Kale looks up to her for answers. Kin's brown eyes melt my heart and brothers smile makes me want to hold him for life. I love them both so much. Enjoy.
I must also say thanks to Uncle Wadey, Dandy and Danielle for the outfits that appear in this years photo shoot!

Mommy and Daddy FUN!
Brandon and I fully take advantage of any time away from our precious babies! We sure do miss them, but enjoy some alone time. We had a mini get away with my high school friend Stephanie and her husband Landon the Friday after Thanksgiving. We got a room at Hotel Galvez and enjoyed a nice dinner at Willie G's. Khristina and Derek were supposed to join, but Derek ended up sick:(. I treasure these moments and am blessed with the friends I have kept up with. Steph and I cannot wait for our Spring Girls trip, Khristina and Katy better be ready! Thanks Mom and Dad for the break. I always know they are in good hands! Steph, I know you like the hat...

Getting Ready for Christmas....
We are so excited this year for all of the family who will be passing through our doors for Christmas! We wanted our decorations done just right. We got up one morning with our Christmas jammies on, pulled out our decorations, turned on the Christmas music and went to town. The kids were really excited this year to help decorate. They were especially excited to add a tree upstairs of their own. They went shopping with Mommy to pick out ornaments that meant something to them. Our cousin Ellee's Nutcracker performance put us in the spirit to decorate and Kinley had to add ballet shoes to her tree for that! Gigi and Gdaddy came over to add to the spirit. Gdaddy read the Elf of the Shelf book to the kids and Elf "K" is now on watch. I am looking forward to all of the Christmas Fesitivities this year!
