I took Kale to the ENT last week. I knew the regular Dr. had to remove his right ear tube 2 weeks prior to this visit. When he removed it, it scratched the ear canal. In the mean time the other tube fell out in the left ear. He had been on antibiotics and still ended up getting a double ear infection in both ears. The ENT decided when looking at him, he needed a new set of tubes, his adenoids removed and it needed to be done this Tuesday. The surgery is a minor one...it still is an uneasy feeling knowing your little one is going to be put under. Kale did great. This time he got some "happy juice" that later came back up:(. He also had a breathing tube. His wake up scenario was a little different, but now he is doing great. The picture of me holding him while he is sleeping is such a perfect picture. I do not remember the last time he was that still and needed me so much. It all happened kind of fast, so we did not get to "spread" the word really. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers. He will be one healthy boy now!!!
